Good morning dgt. Thank you for posting the information on "insider" trading. I was glad to see TXMC's PR this morning which shows that their M of U is moving ahead with change. scoob

"The Tirex Corporation (OTC: TXMC) today announced that the Simpro S.p.A. $20.8 million tire recycling Memorandum of Understanding with Enchantex Solutions of Malaysia was reaffirmed recently without change to terms, however, was extended to coordinate and cooperate with the financial facilities of the other participants in this large-scale, multifaceted industrial project."
