This recent information/testimony at the Jefferson trial by Noreen Griffin (formerly Wilson) that bribes were attempted involving STP, ERHC and Jefferson in 2001 is VERY relevant to we shareholders. The exact facts are vague and the outcome dubious, but the fact remains something DID HAPPEN in 2001. And what happened probably initiated the DOJ raid on ERHC. However, it MUST be concluded that since the Statute of Limitations is FIVE YEARS, anything that happened in 2001 can NO LONGER be used against ERHC. What a relief!!

However, the question does remain, why hasn't the DOJ unseal the indictment or why hasn't DOJ formally ended the investigation against ERHC? I will continue to write to the DOJ requesting answers to these questions, as ERHC remains under the black cloud of the DOJ investigation until something is done by the DOJ.

PS: Midtier, I complained to the moderators about your Jefferson trial posts being removed unjustly. It appeared to me that the moderators were picking on you although the Jefferson posts were not only on topic but VERY relevant. Sometimes the moderators go overboard and "watch" certain posters and abuse their authority. I am glad your Jefferson posts were replaced, proving the moderators being overzealous again.

I would hope everyone here is aware that the JDZ board also discusses many of the ERHC issues and events because ERHC has a strong presence in the JDZ. Many posters that use to post on the ERHC board can be found on the JDZ board.
