Jared was projecting sales of $136 million and that didnt include Asia. Why accept an offer for a measly .10? I wouldnt have either if I was the CEO and I believed revenues would be coming in that strong. He would have been selling the company for dirt cheap. The forward PE would have been miniscule.

Unforseen circumstances have hit. Many of which were beyond Jared's control. North Korea threatening South Korea. Is that Jareds fault too Ogclip? Did Jared get on his bat phone and tell Kim Jung Il to threaten South Korea so he could scam his investors. Highly unlikely. Also the swine flu has hit epidemic proportions on a world wide basis. That hurts the hog business. Did Jared secretely release swine flu bacteria from a petrie dish so he could have an excuse why hog farmers dont need his products? hmmmm? And wowgreen is also a problem. Is it Jared's fault that Wowgreen forcasted all of these rosy projections and now are apparently having difficulty? No. So no Ogclip it isnt all Jared's fault. And he was correct at the time to not accept a .10 buyout IMHO.
