Feels like we're stuck in the mud with YA

...at least until their ability to end the non-stop serial dilution via series c conversions is either dramatically curtailed or done away with all together. I'm sick and tired of YA using this stock as their personal piggy bank while Nite continues to walk all over it. Its high time that a 'change in ownership' and subsequent restructuring takes places reducing YA's stranglehold on both the company, its management and most importantly, its common long term shareholders. IMHO, only an actual 'whale' in the PWC industry can take this technology to the very next level. Thanks for the opportunity to vent.
