Yes I did believe in the buyout. I am one of guys that spends 100's of hours doing DD so I don't get burned. Every company that has been mentioned on a PR was researched by me. Hanbool, ISI of Canada, TrippeJ, Nica, Startowers, Wowgreen, ESI, MSI, Ms.Judy and Beinville. So pretty much most of the stuff that Jared put out was verified. I really didn't expect the deal to go sour because of the North Korean threats but it did. I just had no idea on the board that some major shareholders close to company were selling quietly while we were waiting for the big payoff.
