Current news on all the LEHs is extremely hard to find. There is not the support group watching the procedeings as we have on WAMU. In fact the current situation involving these CLAIM FORMS came completely out of the blue. No one seems to know the real purpose behind them although the logical reasons are limited to a couple reasons. Logically, some reasons for these could be discovery for a lawsuit, a buyout, a buyback, a bar date satisfaction, ect. We have some of the best researchers on IHUB trying to discern the true reason.
