Anyways a good feel about his thoughts on the "BIG 8" (craps?); hybrids and how the asian car makers have "pulled back on quality". I was at the local lake and saw two town hybrids. The "parking authority" employees got out their car, leaving the engines running for like 15m. Sure it is hybrid - who knows how much was electric and how much was gas - but DUH.. wouldn't turning off the engine save $$ too?!! You are not bloody cops.. except in your minds.

FWIW: I read in Edmonston's book about a secret warranty with my car. Had to do with the gas tank (LOL!). When it is full and you stop the car quickly you would hear and feel the gas swooshing in the tank. Anyways, the secret warranty was to replace the tank with one that had more baffles. I mentioned the issue to service, and a tech found the "bulletin" and they did the work.
