That is not insider trading? Dan called the company got information and traded upon it.. He is not obligated to say a word to IHUB about what is told to him by a CEO of TXMC, Shareholders can pick up the phone and get the same information he did.

Actually Dan came on the board and was ridiculed for providing factual information that noone wanted to believe during the pump, those that listened took money off the table and remained in the green.

And the CEO was honest on the phone with posters telling them he was optomistic and deal was delayed, CEO could have lied and said everything is fine but he didn't and that's why I bought back in.
