That's what I am getting at. Jared does have controlling interest in EESO! His shares are convertible at 1000:1 into common shares. I just don't see why a potential purchaser of EESO wouldn't take the same route as the former owner of another penny stock BBDA, which was bought by a new CEO without ever informing or paying anything to common shareholders... Why? Because there's no reason to!!! To own a pinkie stock you need to buy the preferreds, NOT THE COMMON...
