You will get a PR tomorrow explaining for the delay. Some will be optimistic others will doubt whether the deal would go through. The company will also give another PR soon to say they getting other contracts lined up (this will be a fluff PR).

The reason why the pps rose today is because of the optimistic investors who thought the deal would go through . But remember history shows that optimistic investors usually loose money! These are the dreamers imo.

I believe that the deal will not go though based on the current contract. They will need to change some things within the contract in order for all party to accept it fully. It will take minimum several weeks before they will have another meeting and again its not for sure what the outcome will be...
