Rainmaker Report for Sunday July 19th Top ihub buzz stocks


My take on this weekends most read ihub boards....some of them might make some nice runs but imho except for SRSR don't see anything good.

1 Expo Holdings Inc. (EXPH)-Ticking time bomb set to blow up in peoples portfolios.



This one will end very badly from these price levels. Notice this chart and look at volume bars showing how many shares were purchased at .001 and how few have been traded up at current .007 levels. The game over on EXPH board is for all the people who loaded on shares at .001 to keep the buzz alive long enough for all of them to churn and cycle their way out in .007 range. Notice the 5 day churn the stock has had. Then look back at those volume by price bars they haven't even made a dent in the .001 inventory.



Things that could kill the EXPH deal....
1)The A/S is almost maxxed, Nevada corp they raise A/S up and people find out.

2)EXPH hasn't filed updated financials since 2007, there is probably some very nasty stuff in the last years numbers, watch out if they ever actually file those 2008 numbers....this would trigger a huge selloff imho.

3)Some from the pal talk group who front loaded EXPH at .001 get antsy, break ranks and crush their way out triggering a chain reaction sell off from others in the crew.

4)People realize how thin EXPH's profit margins are and those orders that sound big aren't really for that much money and little profit. Factor in 1 billion shares O/S, people realize this is a giant bloated pig.

5)People realize the bank lines are credit are all tied to EXPH's receivables. EXPH can only draw down on line against new invoices/orders they get....probably more like a factoring deal then line of credit imho.

6)EXPH starts issuing another boat load of preferred shares and people find out. This is the most vicious one from this list by far.....


2 Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. (SPNG)
This one is a soap opera on an iv drip of Red Bull.....This post is good example. Never even thought of this move they claim SPNG is using to sell shares....very sneaky actually if it's true.....

SPNG gets an initial purchase order for 1/2 dozen Shop Rite stores as a couple of month test to see if there is enough demand for the 200 stores in the chain.

SPNG then send Norman F. to those half dozen stores to purchase SPNG product from the shelves of those select stores with the use of SPNG funds wired to him by COO Moskowitz.

Once the test period ends and the demand for the SPNG products is determined to be excellent, then Shop Rite sends SPNG a large purchase order for all of its stores, which SPNG, of course, then issues another pumping press release on this "event"

At the end of the day, very few of the products from these orders are bought at the stores by regular customers and the products are returned....as Shop Rite closes the SPNG account and refuses to take any more orders..

by then the SPNG manageent, related parties, consultants and stock promoters would have sold hundreds of millions of shares into the market...

3 BLACKHAWK FUND (BHWF)

Launch day for BHWK.....in sales they say never let yourself get time closed. BHWF boxed themself in with that launch date. Now tomorrow they either deliver something huge which I really doubt or it's crash landing time, first ones to the life pods get to live to fight another day.

4 Sarissa Resources, Inc. (SRSR)

Nothing bad to say here, hope the report comes out and takes this one much higher...(not in this myself but am rooting for everyone in SRSR.)

5 SARS Corp. (SARO)

I'll defer to joenaturals scam alert post for this one

6 Winning Brands Corporation (WNBD)

These jokers are diluting again, the longs in WNBD act and sound exactly live the old SWVC longs did riding the Titanic down to the bottom of the Ocean while chanting the Captain is coming to save us, while the Captain was sailing away in his lifeboat.

7 Syndication Inc (SYNJ)

Couple of guys (a stockbroker and a guy running a security guard company get a shell, sign up for Boone Pickens organization and pretend they're big players in biofuels arena, total farce.
