Roger Glenn is a hired gun. If you can pay his hourly rate, you can hire him as well. What is so special about an attorney being retained? Where is the CPA firm that has been hired to prepared CMKX filings & bring CMKX up to date? Instead of focusing on an attorney being hired, perhaps you should focus on the smoke & mirrors of moving paper around amongst non reporting entities to give the perceived notion of value. IMHO.
