why wait 9 months to release some little tidbit about those test results to some internet blog. it says the tests were done in November,

this was done 9 months ago.

However I just skimmed the article I posted by the military I posted up in PDF the first time . Now I see they were done in November. As it states the military was to conference about this in the coming months following November.

So I wonder if 9 months is long enough to make a decision about this.
