They are not dumping heavy.. I watched EESO issue 2 billion shares in ONE year and they ran from triple zeros to .05... and their CEO cannot be trusted

Even SPNG has a higher dilution rate than this and It ran from .006 to .28

WNBD has a higher dilution rate and it ran from .0003 to .05

etc etc etc

Sometimes being uncivilized, can feel sooo civilized (June 2009 vacation)...
