I had to sell a bunch to pay bills... i held the best I could... then I bought some back so I NEED a permit NOW before I got to pay more bills. If I had money I would take a chance and buy with disposable income because it could either get good news and go up to dollars or bad news and go back to 11 cents.

I NEVER talk to any management of any company that I invest in.
So don't depend on my uninformed opinions.

But I think we will get lucky.... just my personal guess.
