sw is more than a "Shorters dream!!!"...
Dreams evaporate at sunrise . While Seaway shorters ,
especially day-traders , re-start banking real extra
profits , every sunrise , that sw trades or reverses .
Seaway is a huge ~Insured profit-maker for shorters ,
and a few 'lucky flippers' [= insiders who 'buy' the
super-toxic , floorless , death-spiral CD's , at an
immediate 'discount' of 15%-80% ] and short them
'against the "escrow" box' , ASAP , for many years ,
so far . We especially thank the Seaway fans , who
still believe in the "escrow" theory , and how they still
think that it always has , and still keeps , preventing
any dilution of any common long Seaway shareholders ;
And/Or , that dilution of common shareholders [only] ,
is great for always-money-losing pennys + pinkys , for
as many years as 'necessary' [and/or possible].
We love that theory , and follow those who keep finding
newer opportunities for us ; when necessary , for them .
Anyway , lately , Seaway is actually even more profitable
than ever before , thanks to a few new + old fans ,
who still believe that the plan man still is , and
always has been a genius . [ Including us , as proven by
his ability to take ~$40,000,000 from ~4000 longs ,
and 're-distribute' it all , to himself , and a few
close friends + family , and insider CD flippers , and
brokers + mm's + shorters ; and never even get sued by
any of his common shareholder averaging-downers . ]
It's still our best + fastest + easiest + most riskless
short-profit-maker , ever .
And it keeps paying off , after every Reverse Split .
And even faster , after every newer Reverse Split .

P.S. ; A simple analysis of the $'s swapped through Seaway ,
since it 'went public' , a few years ago , has proven to us
that the retail longs have contributed ~$40,000,000 in Cash ,
to now 'own' way less than 1% of Seaway ; which is now
'worth' less than $zero , and still sinking , faster than
ever. But, the $40 Million can't ever be 'lost' in this
'zero-sum' game. It All became profits for those who know
how to profit from pennys/pinkys ; including shorters ,
who usually collect 10+% of the retail long contributions.
And, for Seaway , we estimate that the shorters have already
banked over $4 Million [so far, and still counting].
There used to be ~4000 retail Seaway longs ; so they must
have contributed an average of ~$10,000 each ; usually ,
the biggest ~10% , contribute ~50% [like Income Taxes] ;
so , the ~400 top retail Seaway averaging-downers probably
contributed an average of $50,000 each ; and the top 40 of
those probably averaged-in an average of $250,000 each .
Similarly , for the outsider retail shorters , who already
probably banked over $4-$8 Million while fishing in Seaway ,
for just the last few years , and continuing , even faster
than ever before ; And maybe even faster , after the next
Seaway Reverse ; which must already be 'planned' , as the
trading price of sw re-approaches $0.0002 , faster than ever.
By the way ; It's not easy to 'qualify' to short pinks +
pennys , especially in the U.S. , and even in Canada , or
Germany , or the Caribbean , or Asia. Usually, for every 100
retail penny/pinky longs, there are only 2-5 retail shorters.
We figure that just the average retail shorter of Seaway must
easily already be ahead at least $100,000 each ; with the
top few , who followed + played in Seaway for years , since
the IPO , already cashed-out , after taxes , for $500+k .
So , we hope , even more than most of the long-term Seaway
fans , that the Seaway CEO continues to succeed , in being
able to continue to keep Seaway trading , and reversing ,
whenever necessary . And, that the Seaway longs keep finding
newer/similar opportunities , whenever necessary , and
leading the way to even more profits , shortly .
