i believe rdailey has this one right... he spoke about it shortly after the 8k came out...

but in essence, hh brown licensed the hydro tech from dicon for use in an insole of some type...

the segment of the 8k that you refer to simply reiterates hh browns ability to maintain a license for the dicon patent as a result of spng's acquistion dicon.


look... hh brown has NEVER owned the patent... the patent has always been under the control of dicon exclusively. that much is very clear.
