Skunks, Thanks for your reply, however I think you missed the point Trying to get thru on their phones has no bearing on the real reason for the supposed delay as Umpire_br23 stated in a earlier post having trouble getting us into their billing system. Refer to post #21888

I to want to focus on the positive aspects of this company & of the board. However being a "Cableguy" for 20 years knowing that reason was bogus. I felt compelled to announce it to the good people of this board, it simply was not true.

Unfortunitly The real reason has been addressed on the web site, albiet it a preventable problem, after all they only have been broadcasting since june. & to tell you the truth I'm not to sure I believe that one either.
