Recent EVRM IBox Changes…

I added the sections titled below along with a few pictures from the recently discovered STS contract along with some of their products being offered.

Why the STS Acquisition DD:

EVRM Officially Confirmed Partners:

With the share structure, it has been unchanged for months (Feb 09) at the Transfer Agent (TA) and the Nevada SOS. Still, as it has existed for months, there is a disparity in the Authorized Shares (AS). The TA says that the AS is 1.4 billion and the Nevada SOS says that the AS is 790 million. Still, both numbers have been consistent and unchanged over the past few months to include there being no change in the Float and Outstanding Shares (OS) number.

Because of this, I still believe that we are fine in that there are no dilution concerns here with EVRM. I usually like going with the worst case scenario on matters like these so I have changed the IBox to reflect the AS to be 1.4 billion. Again, I think the key is to make sure that we have no increase in the Float and if any restricted shares are added, we should be given the courtesy of the company explaining to us shareholders why. If it’s for any kind of an acquisition to add value into the company, then we shareholders should welcome such with open arms. IMHO
