MM's are definitely holding the door open for accumulation. MM's are the ones in the drivers seat with regards to the PPS for this stock. There is much more buying than selling going on these past few weeks, but yet the price seems to staying in the .21 to .23 range. Why, quite simply someone wants cheap shares "now" because they see promise for Chemtura in the future. It's not about buying 3,4,5 or 6 million shares at .22 for a tax write off. The tax benefit is minimal. Keeping these shares low is enticing for someone to accumulate plain and simple. There is definitely collusion going on between the MM's and someone. What other explanation is there?
