I received this from an associate who conversed with the CEO.
It doesn't say much, but it sure does hint that what you folks are referring to is the real deal.
It might help explain the volume we have seen the past couple of days.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding a possible merger with another company. As you probably already know, the SEC prohibits us from discussing private transactions within the company that could be used for personal gains. We are however entertaining those kinds of possibilities and we plan on updating the shareholders very soon (very soon). My number one priority is to build shareholder value within this company and we are doing that as we speak. We are also advising our shareholders that we plan to up-list to a higher exchange in the very near future. We have obtained expertise in that arena so that we are fully compliant with higher exchange regulations.
I will have my admin put you on our e-mail distribution list and you will be notified of all company events as soon as we are allowed to do so.
