What (free) charting software should I use?

I'm very familiar with StockCharts, but I'm a novice looking for something that can sort of guide me along with clear buy/sell signals and a good variety of indicators, so that I can get accustomed to noticing them myself on charts. The research so far has boiled down to NinjaTrader vs. QuoteTracker. Any thoughts on either? I'm working on a tight budget here, so I'll only be looking at free software. Thanks!
