The Interaction software is doing better than projections had predicted and I think it is doing better than most products do upon their release into the market. These software as a service products are not like other products, they only cost money to develop. They do not cost anything to sell, store, or create multiple copies. Once they get off the ground, they will creating nothing but profits!
