Here is my take on the situation. Either way ProElite is going to be making money off Terry and Cage of the Cage for some time while essentially incurring no cost which is great. I am also assuming ProElite will also be getting money for some time from Bully BeatDown and may continue to hold licensing rights with ongoing fees attached, not sure on this.

ProElite still owns the EliteXC and ShoXC Brands and the Video Library which are used and Licensed in variety of locations with the notable being with Strikeforce and ShowTime which Licenses for use the library and the ShoXC Brand, Pro still owns them and makes money for there use but can use them at any time as well.

CBS is still own and are on board for 20% of Proelite they ain't here for the popcorn.

Pro sill owns over 100 Fighter Contracts which include a ton
extremely well ranked exciting Fighters including Antonio Silva, Murilo “Ninja” Rua, Dave Herman, Jason Guida, Anthony Lapsley, Charles Krazy Horse Bennett, Wilson Reis, Abel Cullum, James Edson Berto, Shane del Rosario, Ron "H2O" Waterman, Kala "Kolohe" Hose, Jon Murphy and James "The Colossus" Thompson just to name a few.

In addition to the EliteXC and ShoXC Pro still still also owns ICON Sport, Cage Rage and Rumble on the Rock and have huge holding in Sprit MC. All still have Video and license sales going on which I would think continue to generate some revenue with no additional costs at this point. SpritMC is still active and is still the biggest promotion in the Korean Market which is huge and growing.

I think things are still great and their are other things in the water. I believe the StrikeForce deal is a bigger affiliation than we know and hence why the deal details have been blocked until 2014 or so from my understanding.

Pro still owns the Website and the recent changes heavily suggest they have something else happening. It was not renewed and Registration moved for no reason. If they planned on discontinuing this portion or interest of Company( EliteXC/ShoXC ) or the Events it would have been ideal time to let it lapse and fade into history. It didn't happen and work does appear to be underway with new provider.

Chuck is way too smart and knows how to make money and how not to lose it. Currently he is has money coming in from variety of sources and almost no real costs or debit to deal with. Way to go Chuck!

I think he is re-tooling and making money in process but in preparation for solid re-entry into the promotional side of the business while making solid money with licensing and production.

Go ProElite! Big things are underway with more to come and I think we will hear something shortly. The recent moves with
King the Cage were to wrap up the final piece of unfinished and low productivity( Not enough money to go around and/or keep it interesting ) business while ensuring if and when it does make any real money over the next while Pro get to Cash in while having to contribute nothing.

Great deal for Pro! Lots of money coming in with little to no operating costs and no Debit! Way to go Pro! and I will look forward to the next steps and taken in the big money!

My thought!
