I am basing the underrated qualification on the fact that Greg has been promoting his products all over the U.S and he continues to roll new technologies out and couple with different companies to fight cybercrime. Greg has had to work through a lot, with the constant complaints from a select few, to the MMs playing games (first NITE and now VERT), etc etc. I see the potential financials of Spoof-em and the newer technology (that is slipping my mind atm), but I think the potential is there for a big payday if investors don't get discouraged that this stock isn't making them millions overnight.

On the subject of Greg being convicted while developing his former company from .25-$13, I don't believe that is had anything to do with dilution or tanking the company or anything like that. He was fraudulantly selling toll-free numbers he never paid for or something. Either way, his company was not a part of it and he's turned over a new leaf (despite some of his over-the-top youtube videos). I would rather have a CEO tell it like it is than sugar-coat things for me, and I understand the concerns that he's diluting the stock, but I have to think that Greg is doing what's best for the company. The whole point of increasing IGTP's O/S when converting to LGTT was to allow for shares to be there when he acquires companies, so that he wouldn't have to dilute like everyone's screaming right now. Until he shows us any different, we have to believe the SS is the same. It's slander otherwise.

On the ex-date, I think that an ex-date can be set with a conditional acquiring. The shares have to be approved by the shareholders next week anyways, so the ex-date is just to force peolpe to either buy in and get it, or stay on the sidelines and not. Either way, we're only getting a few hundred bucks worth of stock but we're gaining another companies' worth of customer base, marketing, etc. The acquisiton will help us in the long run, which means that the flippers will continue to cry foul because they aren't doubling their money here like they thought they would.
