Risicare, I am answering some if your questions, if not all.

John Bordynuik attempted to take his tape company public. Please search Edgar on his name. He took the wrong advise and bought one of those fake companies to do that. So he decided to follow the shell path and "bought" his JBI company via TRTN and took it public this way. Unlike what you think, the tape business is big and growing. It's almost a cash cow. How do I know that? Well, lets say that next month that part of the business is going to be moved to Cambridge, MA and I'll be working in there (I'm not yet an insider, but I will be at that point and will quit posting here).

The original JBI company was started with seed money of John friends and family. Those investors also bought shares in TRTN. The vast majority of the shares not bought by John Bordynuik were bought by those people from the VC. The leftover shares on the float is estimated to be from 2 to 3 million, depending on who you talk to. John shares are restricted and his investors are not selling, I can assure you of that.

Who is selling now is the original VC that kept a few shares and are depressing the PPS by selling them. But they will be done soon.

Now about the P2O process. Unlike your claim that noone being able to do it you're incorrect. There is a processor in production in India since 2006. You maybe referring to all the scams floating around OTC/PK. The last one was referred in here of a company with $480 in the bank. Unlike those, John has direct access to MIT brain power, has the cash and access to old research. When he moves to go public, he wanted to monetize that research. You may believe it or not, scams are 99% of OTC/PK. But you would know this is not the case if you did any research on the man behind this company. You (and myself I should add) run into a fast talking scam artist that sets up a get rich scheme by selling shares on a project he sells to the market but has no idea on how to implement.

Starting next week we'll see alot more info on the P2O process. We'll see the chemical analysis, the announcement that we will be processing plastic and tires of a major north american city, the purchase of a huge warehouse, the purchase of a chemical company, the involvement of mutual funds with the company, more big tape processing customers, name and symbol change. This company is already making a profit.

It's your duty to do DD before you buy any share of any company. Please do DD on TRTN. Do not assume this is a scam because of fast talking salesman, AKA CEO, you have dealt with in the past. Please do DD, like we all here have and you'll be surprised.
