Winner..awesome post..I could not agree more..this administration wants people in homes..and they want companies suited to handle these opportunities..EXPU is postitoned to do that..all the big banks want to repay Uncle Sam and get busy making money again by lending to people who want to buy....

This is probably the beginning of big stuff..
