When share price reflects value, I am content. When it doesn't and mgmt is not performing in this area, I am p'od, particularly when mgmt has to sell shares at an under-performing price to survive. If Duke is so big, private investors should have been all over it. Mgmt is slowplaying their hand in order to get better cards at current shareholder expense. Simple as that. So mgmt, you want an incentive plan? Just do your job.
