WHY WAS THIS RUSHED OUT?????
Why did Carol Remond, "an award-winning columnist" rush an article out just 24 hours after news when she spoke to NOBODY at St. George? C'mon, this is so blatant, it's disgusting. Was she afraid somebody else might cover this story before her? LOLOL Sorry hun, it's either you or Stock Patrol and Stock Patrol is all dried up. This beat is completely yours, so why the rush to put this article out immediately without ANY commentary from anyone at St. George? Isn't that called JOURNALISM? You know, like they taught back in middle school. A very basic collection of factual information off of which to base your reporting.
Ok, here's a small request regarding this article. How about ONE source of information. Giebelhaus could not be reached. The TA's computer was down. The response allegedly from Urban provided nothing factual. Oh wait, there it is. At the bottom. One fact. Ms. Remond's "award-winning" investigative skills lead her to the last SEC filing from St. George. [loud applause] Hallelujah, ONE fact to support all of her finger-pointing. Too bad the sole fact was from a document 2 years old.
I still don't even know if this article was published. If it wasn't, then the bashers are pushing false articles on to the net. If it was, it is truly a sad, sad, sad piece of journalims. Again, it's not even Stock Patrol-worthy. And they ain't worth the dirt on the bottom of my shoes.
So tell me. Why the rush to put this out so quickly? Is something coming next week that's got some people at certain hedge funds scared ...
