I took a queue from another poster here, one who seems not to like me much , and I fired off an email to Jim about a possible lead. The email reads as follows...

Jim,
I am a shareholder in F3 (100k shares) and I live in a community with a HOA, but without an Online Community System. I would like to offer you the contact information to the managment company that has our neighborhood as well as many others in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill NC area. I have already sent XXXX XXXXXXXX (Community Focus of NC Director) an email directing him to the Interaction website, and have lobbied for it's adoption. I'm hoping you can take this information and use it to sell Community Focus of NC on the System both for the good of the shareholders of F3 and for the communities CF of NC represents. I feel there is value in the system and I think the folks living in these neighborhoods will feel the same way.

I have been interested in suggesting a interactive community system for XXXXXXX XXXX and want to forward you some info that I think Community Focus should really consider. I know you all manage many more communities than just mine, but this software really looks like it could be used by each and every neighborhood you manage and could really be benficial for all involved. Please take the time to look through this info and let me know what you think. In fact, you don't even have to let me know, just contact the company yourself and find out what all Interaction CS has to offer. Obviously, I do not work for them, or have ANY affiliation with anyone who does, but I REALLY do feel as though this would be a huge step forward for my HOA and others too.
