GIBBER, to answer that question...

You just answered the next piece to the EVRM puzzle. I think it’s safe to expect to see EVRM and STS to become in union, as one, as the Officers of both companies combine to become as one under the EVRM umbrella. Actually, if I had to guess, it would be nothing more than bringing over Richard Weitzel as an Officer of the company since he is the sole reason for STS having the Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) status. This is how they remain in compliance to fit the definition of a legitimate SDVOSB as stated below: IMHO

http://www.asdv.org/PNOL/pnolfed.cfm?AutoNum=88
(b) Definition. "Service-disabled veteran-owned small business concern", as used in this provision -

(1) Means a small business concern -

(i) Not less that 51 percent of which is owned by one or more service-disabled veterans or, in the case of any publicly owned business, not less than 51 percent of the stock of which is owned by one or more service-disabled veterans; and

(ii) The management and daily business operations of which are controlled by one or more service-disabled veterans or, in the case of a veteran with permanent and severe disability, the spouse or permanent caregiver of such veteran.
