Ah, the "NORTHEAST needs the money." Right. They need more money like I need another hole in my head. In fact, being from the south, my assessment of the Northeast is just a great big black hole cess pool where dollars end up, never to be heard of ever again.

(sorry, to anyone DECENT people who actually live in the Northeast - this does not inlcude you)
