You are right! Bill Krepick is a bad COE also. That doesn't mean it is right for Peter to do the same.

But we also know how many shares & options the board issues to management at MVSN. They also report so that we can see the balance sheet, income statement,etc.

Peter leaves his shareholders in the dark. All we have to go on are the words of Peter and management.

At MVSN you can see how many shares are outstanding.

At MVSN you can see how much management is being paid.

At MVSN you can see how much debt they have.

At MVSN you get a quarterly conference call to ask Bill Krepick what is going on. And what he says is public record.

At MVSN they haven't diluted shreholders by 50% over the last two years.
