In response to "why" on the press release difference.
It is a vary in approaches, Burt would rather say what he wants and apologize to his handlers later. Wilf is much more concerned about the tentative state of his existance.
While the PR will temp. pump up the price as you have noticed.
The only way to achieve the ultimate goal is to put valuable cargo in great quantities on deck.
Unfortunatly both have fallen short of this goal.
Burt hasn't done it in 3 decades and Wilf never has.
