I'm sure that the majority of those shares, which are not owned by SH, are in the hands of just a couple of guys (mainly the chatroom-guys).
I guess it makes no sense for them to throw those millions of shares away now cos they will not find enough buyers.
They have to wait if SH can push this stock again so that they can sell their shares on the next wave.
But I doubt that there will be a next wave...
