A JV with Tech or the Chinese, along with proving up the rest of the reserves (which will happen within a year) would get us pretty close to a $1.00. Once mining the Niobium starts and revenues start coming in (2 years) would bring us to over $2.00 or more. Add in the increased demand for REEs, Shinning Tree and other holdings, I see at least $1.00 in year from now IMO.
