Could this have finally bottomed? I hope so. I think it can rise from the depths to its former glory and beyond, fundamentals are seemingly in place but needs more volume. What they do not only will save money for their clients, but is green and ecologically sound. Win Win as they say. So could be a sleeper, but one day its going to wake up.
