"From what I heard, Q will go off CDVT soon. That is a step in the right direction for CDVT at least. EMED needs a lot of money put in quickly to make it worth saving. Williams needs to make restitution and be put away along with Malet in order for EMED to have a chance with new stockholders"
there is no q on cdvt. the q is on emedq... and your threatening a class action lawsuit on a 3 cent company is pure bogus on your part. then your comments on cdvt or emedq with insider trading on yahoo is pure bogus poppycock. the more you articulate shows your blank is not that high.
and what have you heard? everyone knows that the new ceo wants to get things happening by 7/15/09 stating such a month ago. it is a given that emedq wants to quit the ongoing bk11 ,because it could tie up cdvt. if the bk is dissolved and the shares of williams are given back to the emedq company and taken off the books then there stands a good chance that there will only be 60 or so million shares outstanding in emedq...mdlg is in cabo vacationing and the ceo has just gotten back from vacationing, i believe the bk judge has also prolonged the emedq because of his vacation.
summer remember?
emedq owns over 60million shares of cdvt. if cdvt continues to make money emedq will benefit too, regardless wether emedq is bringing in money from its' own business plan , which i have no idea if they are still bringing in money or not. one time i heard that the business is bringing in enough to pay the bills ,then i hear that they are not.. i don't know what to believe ...let us all wait until there is a p r or a filing.
106million shares of emedq market cap presently is $3.18 million dollars and if 40million are expunged back into the treasury then 66million are left ,any other shares that mdlg and pt and malet would bring this figure down below 60million shares .. maybe they will do something good for us and give existing shareholders a divy again of the remaining cdvt shares that emedq owns.
