All understand with EVRM…

I am very familiar with the process involved here with EVRM and the Tasking Orders they are to be a part of by being partners with EDS/HP. I have had much experience during my previous military tenure as a Logistics Officer for originating and closing these types of missions. Some of the civilian factors that others have mentioned for applying do not apply here with EVRM and this situation. It is very different.

These Tasking Orders that are to be handed down to EDS/HP as one of the Prime Contractors for the U. S. Army's Biometrics Operations and Support Services-Unrestricted (BOSS-U) contract to disseminate to their Subcontractors are SOW/SOR generated. Before I retired, I can't count the SOWs/SORs that I had created or reviewed from those that worked for me before achieving certain missions.

SOW = Statement of Work
SOR = Statement of Requirements

I also can't count the amount of paring and tailoring meetings I either conducted or were a part of to even get to where properly allocating resources were even considered. I’m a little rusty on some of the exact planning details, but I remember enough about the process to know that much is confirmed before being sent up for DOD approval for funds.

EVRM has huge leverage because of this and their patented technology. Please know that EDS/HP is a multi-billion dollar company that would have completed very thorough due diligence (DD) on EVRM and Jonathan Sym before ever allowing their names to be mentioned in the same sentence. No offense to any of us doing DD here, but I think I will trust EDS/HP’s DD over ours any day. I think many of us Investors still don’t really have any idea on how big EVRM is going to be transforming into in my opinion. Below are three huge subliminal hints…

Think EDS/HP…

Think PKI Institute…

Think STS…

Because of those 3 hints, EVRM is going to be an awesome Defense Contracting Company in my opinion.

Keep in mind too that EDS/HP is only 1 of 12 companies mentioned as a Prime Contractor for the US Army’s Biometrics Operations and Support Services Unrestricted (BOSS-U) program for multiple contract awards to fill specific Tasking Orders. A few weeks back, I had confirmed that some of the Tasking Orders had been handed down already to some of the big 12 Prime Contractors weeks ago so EDS/HP should soon be getting their contracts too to hand down to their Subcontractor; EVRM.

Also in that above PR, keep in mind that the $497 million of Government dollars from the US Army’s BOSS-U program is allocated by fiscal year. If money that is budgeted per fiscal year is not spent, then the money to be budgeted for the next fiscal year will be cut/reduced to mirror that reduction in funds not utilized. This is why the odds are in our favor that the $497 million will get spent to keep such reduction for the upcoming fiscal year of funds from being cut. This is why I expect that “all” of the $497 million will get properly allocated and committed by 30 Sep 09, which is when this DOD fiscal year will end.

Still, I think the EDS/HP partnership/contracts will only be the dessert and not the full course meal. I still think that we are Golden here with EVRM. I am expecting news any day and plenty of it. IMHO
