I also noticed that the break up of TTR-HP, DBA AERO Exhaust happened without issue, SEC intervention such as a stock halt or further lawsuits that were also predicted, came and went without issue too.
Looks like AERO Performance Products (AERP) has gone into "shareholder protection mode" due to certain lawsuit settlements that are underway with TTR TP!
Now why would anyone want to worry about the status existing (AERP) shareholders, day in and day out?
And the stock still trades, therefore somebody is buying.........
No Bankruptcies, No SEC Halts and No added lawsuits
Stock price remains status quo since November 2008, still trading sideways as it was then!
