It is possible that with all the positive news in the last PR and the fact that management has so much faith in the reports confirmations that they are going ahead with so much work that people are factoring in all of this in anticipation of the release and that many of the mining crown will not fully begin investing until the report is officially released. So yes, there is some possibility that the report has somewhat been factored into the current pps. jmho
