Golfin, the major issue I have with this interpretation is that it isn't supported by other technicals such as the 21-day ma on the $NYAD or the $NYLOW chart.

The 20-week cycle low will also complete soon. (I don't believe it is over yet, Chris, even though the low print may be in.) I will be anticipating 5 to 8 weeks of sideways and up action into the 40-week cycle high. A new high is a good probability.
