we have no idea (at least I don't) what Swift is presenting to the creditors as a plan of going forward-if he indeed has one...all we see are attempts to discredit Doc and Monty, litigation against officials, and efforts to rebuff claims...

the debtor has an exclusive 120 day period from filing BK to present its reorg plan---that time has passed-and the debtor has not filed any extension to that exclusivity----so the door is now open for any other plan to be submitted to the court/creditors...IMO Monty is workin' on it...
