I own this stock & want it to go up as most do I expect. But, please read this (whole PR is a) forward statement. I usually do not post & read all these boards to gauge public sentiment/interest. Entering discussions for the development of design criteria & specification & have to assess if the new facility will be suitable for this project (w/a company they have signed a LOI to acquire a majority interest) hence a majority interest, they have control if & when they execute the LOI (which is in itself a forward looking statement yet again). A majority interest does mean a controlling interest. Why another discussion, just execute the LOI & set forth the R&D so that both companies will be profitable. Sorry to bust any bubbles but I'm tired today & I like a firm mattress not all this FLUFF I've read lately. This stock & this company have potential if & only if we get something that isn't fluff. Fluff is only good to flip. GLTA
