Shop around ? CPA? Now I understand. For instance did you know an appraisal on a home can differ by thousands of dollars? Mortgage Brokers like to carry their own special appraisers for what reasons? LOl CpA's are no different. Audited financials? Won't happen. May be good for a penny before they supposedly come out.
