Makes sense to me printmail. After all, the only consequence the SEC does to securities offenders for the most part is a fine which "they" are only too willing to pay. Big deal! As for Furth, well, I've long suspected that involvement here, but won't go so far as to say he is in on this. For sure I will say this stock is stringently manipulated to the point "they" can take it either way to within 1/100 of a cent of where "they" want it. For me it takes much more faith to believe the NSS spin than to believe heavy holders are manipulating SPNG.
