"One trick penny stock scammers use is to sell enough stock to provide money to bogus "customers" who then order merchandise from the scammers."

"The customer list is here so suspect that there is no reason to give it any credibility at all"

Why would Viacom/Nickelodeon partner up with SpongeTech? Go through their list of clients and tell me if you find a scam. You wont because their officers do a lot more DD than your computer can muster about who SpongeTech is and if they want to associate with them.

SpongeTech customer list is far from bogus. Do you live under a rock? These are stores where purchases have been confirmed.

(I will not include Costco in this list as it was stated in PR but have not received their initial orders.)

Not only do we have real customers as it is who are re-ordering the products, but their other stores, such as new CVS, Walgreen, and ACE hardware stores that didnt previously carry the products are starting to carry them; hence the 7500 new stores.

Now with the full patents of this technology (Dicon acquisition), we can utilize it more so than selling car wash, pet, and bath sponges. We can enter into the Military (vehicle wash, weapon clean, footwear), Cosmetic, and general cleaning markets with such speculative partners as Clorox, Lysol, Windex, Green Works, Pledge, Oil of Olay, Dove, Axe..the list goes on.

There is plenty to look forward to with this company that is fact and not rumor. If this was a pump and dump then the Dicon acquisition, sponsoring the World Football Challenge (soccer tournament), increasing marketing into South America, opening SpongeTech Europe division with offices in Switzerland, launching Spongebob sponge in USA + Canada (so far as per licensing contract with Viacom) would have never happend.

These are all events happening POST .04-.28 run. Pump and Dumps would be 1 hit wonders and just run with shareholders money. Whey are they planning so much more in the near future? So much more marketing, so much more expansion? You claim they've made over 80 million from dilution, why would they continue this elaborate scam? Isnt that a job well done and they can just disappear like the rest of the shams that burn people? Do you understand how hard it is to run a "scam" of this magnitude? Why would they continue after they've "made tens and tens of millions" from dilution?

People can come to whatever conclusion they want, I have came to mine.

Thank you very much however for these ultra discounted oversold shares.
