I think there are a lot of disgruntled share holders or former share holders.

What happened? Someone came in claiming this and that, and spreading rumors about spng based off of only hear say and no factual information. People saw the pps going down and latched onto it assuming it must be real, just as they latched on to anything that was positive and assumed it must be real when the PPS was going up.

At the end of the day neither side was right. And further these share holders will slowly sell..

The thing that interests me, is that this stock is now oversold. And many here have already sold out and are waiting for much lower prices to get back in... Who has been buying? And what do they know that we don't...

time will tell... But I think far too much has been overlooked here, and rumors based on no evidence have taken over.

IF that is what people want to base their buys and sells on and their investment strategy then all the best to them.. But if I had a nickel for every time someone came in and said well this is a scam because of xyz for them to later be proven wrong... I'd be a very rich man.

Many lack the skill to even determine if the company is a 1933 act company or a 1934 act company, yet blab on and on about how they violate 1934 act rules. When in all fact they are a 1933 act company they just use 1934 act forms to report.

All in all we have a few who are very upset for whatever reason and have done DD, DD that is faulty and filled with holes, and have thus spread rumors based on this. Never will they prove what they claim, never will the admit that the letters they claim of are fake, and even they know they are fake or forged letters at best.

It should be interesting to see how this one plays out.
