"'We will easily be delivering 100,000 gallons of fuel per week by June, and sales are growing as our state EPA permitting progresses," said Parsons." 05/27/2009

"XcelPlus Global Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: XPGH) has expanded its fuel sales agreement with Freedom Fuels, LLC, adding 50 million gallons to the initial sales projection of 18 million gallons in 11 southeastern states." 06/18/2009

Now this is only conjecture on my part, but if it took thirty days for Global to get paid, then starting in July, Global should be delivering many hundreds of thousands a gallons a month. This may be the reason why Parsons is going to release a financial statement each month so shareholders can see the increase in green fuel that is being delivered. I believe we were all blindsided by the second quarter financials, especially since Parsons went out of his way to say what a great quarter this would be. If this is the real deal, there should be a progression of events that would allow Global to have one or two substantial PRs a week. Only the good Lord knows why Parsons did not include any of the positive statements that he made to the Wall Street Reporter. If what I theorize is true, he could have explained that the bulk of the revenue would commence in July. The second quarter financials left the shareholders with more questions than answers. I can't understand how he did such a tremendous job in propelling the stock from two cents to forty cents and then giving us such a lame PR that cratered the stock 53%. How a man, who I consider to be a brilliant businessman, could put out a PR that a typical penny stock CEO would put out is something that baffles me. I hope in this quarter we get contracts with names that can be verified and establish a relationship with distributors that have a national reputation.
