Just because Malcolm has been working on this project for a long time ... does not mean that it will be a success.

The opposite could also be said ... that despite tens of Millions of dollars and many years ... Malcolm has been UNSUCCESSFUL.

And I still find it VERY Hard to believe that Malcolm could have secured a $50 Million Line of Credit, but Empire could not get $5 million in funding to drill.

Something is very wrong with this picture.
